Who we are

This policy explains how GS Trading LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Miami, Florida, doing business as TekFeed (“TekFeed”, “we”, “us”), handles personal information when you use tekfeed.com, open an account, or buy from us. GS Trading LLC is responsible for that information. TekFeed is a business-to-business distributor, so most of the information we hold is about the people who work for, own or represent our business customers.

What we collect

• Account details — your name, work email, phone and WhatsApp number, job role, and your sign-in credentials.
• Company details — legal name, registration and tax numbers, addresses, trade references and the documents you upload, such as resale certificates.
• Verification details — identity documents and photos of the people who own or control the company, and the results of identity, sanctions and restricted-party checks.
• Order and payment details — what you buy, delivery addresses and contacts, invoices and payment records.
• Communications — emails, WhatsApp messages (if you choose to use WhatsApp with us) and notes from calls with our team. Calls to our main phone line are answered by an automated assistant and are recorded and transcribed, so the right person can follow up.
• Technical details — IP address, browser and device type, and server logs created when you use the site.

How we use it

• To open and run your account, and to process, ship and invoice your orders.
• To verify who we are trading with, and to meet our anti-money-laundering, sanctions, export-control and tax obligations.
• To assess and manage credit and payment terms.
• To contact you about your account, orders and the products we carry. You can ask us to stop sending product updates at any time.
• To keep the site and your account secure and to prevent fraud.

We use this information because we need it to deliver what you ask for, because the law requires it, or because we have a legitimate interest in running and protecting our business. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

Who we share it with

• Identity-verification and sanctions-screening providers who check the details you give us.
• Warehouses, carriers, freight forwarders and customs brokers that handle your orders.
• Banks and payment providers that process your payments.
• Service providers that host our systems or send our emails and messages, under contract and only on our instructions.
• Google, for website analytics (see “Cookies and similar storage”).
• Authorities, regulators or courts where the law requires it, or to protect our rights.

Our systems and some of these providers are located in the United States and other countries. Wherever your information is processed, we protect it as this policy describes.

Cookies and similar storage

The site uses the storage it needs to work: keeping you signed in, and saving a form in progress so a reload doesn’t lose it. On our public pages and customer account pages we also use Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies, to count visits and see which pages are used. It receives the page address (without any sign-in links or codes in it), your browser and device type and an approximate location from your IP address, never your account or order details. You can block these cookies in your browser, or use Google’s opt-out add-on, without affecting how the site works. We do not use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep account and order information for as long as your account is open, and afterwards for as long as tax, anti-money-laundering and other record-keeping laws require — typically at least five years after the relationship ends. Applications that are never completed are deleted after a reasonable period.

Security

We protect information with access controls, encryption in transit and limits on which staff can see verification documents. No system is perfectly secure. If you think your account has been compromised, contact us straight away.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to or restrict how we use it. Email us and we will respond within the time the law allows. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we may keep information the law requires us to retain.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18.
