How iPad orders are quoted

Every iPad we sell is new and sealed.

Model, storage, connectivity and generation are all quoted explicitly by model number. We do not substitute a cellular unit for a Wi-Fi unit, or a different storage tier, without your written agreement. Substitutions are the most common reason a bulk tablet order fails receiving.
